New Reading Challenge for April & May!
Help us Discover Hidden Treasure!
We are working together to read at least two books from every series in the Library!
Can we do that before the end of
checking out books happens?
Every time a student reads 2 books from a series they have never read from before, that series collects a gold coin sticker. We're trying to make sure every series gets at least 1 gold coin beside its name! Students can use punch cards to track how many series they are earning gold coins for.
When they punch a card 5 times, they get their name on the Treasure Wall of Fame!
Hidden Treasure Challenge Details:
Students must read 2 books from a series they've never read books from before.
Grade 1s are reading books from the Leveled Readers Shelves and Early Chapter Books twirlie.
Grade 2-6s are reading books from the Series Wall and Book Bins.
Grade 5 & 6s can also count series from the genre book shelves to earn coins and punch outs.
